FACE OFF 2012 Photography Submission Guidelines:
1) Images must be scaled to 900px on the longest side @ 72dpi.
2) Name your files with your first & last name (i.e. John_Doe1.jpg, John_Doe2.jpg)
3) Please include the titles of your images and your website in the Cover Letter of the Submission.
*Selected artists will be notified on November 12, 2012. If your work is selected, you will be required to submit a Professional photographic print to SMASHBOX Studios West Hollywood between the Nov. 22-26th. The Top 50 photographs will be recognized & celebrated at this year’s FACE/OFF Opening Night Event on November 29th, 2010.
Selected works may go on tour after the West Hollywood exhibit comes down. Details to come.
By submitting your Photograph(s) for SMASHBOX Face Off 2012 consideration, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. You further agree that, to the extent allowed by applicable law, none of SMASHBOX STUDIOS and their affiliated partners shall be responsible for any claims, losses, liability, and damages of any kind (including attorneys' fees and expenses), ("claims"), asserted against any of them, incurred, sustained, or arising in connection with the use, acceptance, or misuse of any submitted video or any material submitted by you, nor from your breach of any agreement or warranty associated with the project (weather in these terms and conditions, or separate documentation agreed to by you). Notwithstanding the review of any entry by SMASHBOX STUDIOS, the jury, or their representatives or associated partners, you understand and agree to bear sole liability for the contents of your nominated video and agree to indemnify the above parties for any damages and/or costs incurred as a result of a third party's claim or demand relating to the content of your nominated Photograph(s) or submitted materials. If your Photograph(s) is selected in Face Off 2012 you give Smashbox Studios permission to use the selected images/video on the Smashbox Studios website and other promotional material. Framed work may not be returned. If you are contacted to pick up your image, you are responsible for pick up or shipping fees.
Your work may be selected to travel to other locations in a SMASHBOX FACEOFF group show. Your work may be sold. All profits from this sale will be split evenly between SMASHBOX STUDIOS and you.

eg. youtube, vimeo, personal website etc.

The Top 3 Videos will be recognized & celebrated at this year’s FACE/OFF Opening Night Event on November 29th, 2010.
